This website ("Bygones") is operated by UAB „Pažangus pažinimas“, [registered address], Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@retroactivejealousy.app.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it at the end of the quiz, so we can send your results and follow up about Bygones.
• Usage analytics — data about how visitors use this site (pages viewed, steps taken, buttons clicked, quiz responses, session recordings of site visits, approximate location, device type), collected via PostHog on EU servers and used only by our team to improve the product. In the Bygones app we collect feature-usage events and screens viewed, not the content you write. If you choose "Essential only" in our cookie banner, analytics run without cookies and without persistent identifiers.
• Advertising measurement — if you accept cookies, we use Google Ads conversion measurement (and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These providers may process this data as described in their own privacy policies.

What we use it for

• To contact you about Bygones's launch, your reserved founding price, and related updates (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand demand for the product and improve this page (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure advertising performance (consent).

Who processes your data

We use the following processors: PostHog (analytics, EU hosting), Google (advertising measurement, only with your consent), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, only with your consent), and our hosting and email providers. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Lithuania: the State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt). Just email us.

A note on sensitive topics

Visiting this website or joining our waitlist does not tell us anything clinical about you, and we never ask for health information at this stage. We treat every address on our list with the discretion this topic deserves: no third-party marketing, no data sales, no lookalike sharing of raw email lists without hashing.
